Our Goals...

Our goals are to change the Tennessee laws, either through this petition at the legislative level with a new bill, or through the actual revision of the outdated dairy laws in this state. We feel strongly that small farmers should have the right to sell ALL the produce of their own farm, including dairy, poultry, and beef without government intereference. We also feel that they should not be tied to selling only to the big processors. This creates monopoly and is against our free market system. If you would like to add your name to this petition that will be in front of lawmakers, please give your information below. We do not sell this information, and no one will contact you for annoying solicitations, etc.

Petiton

We believe that the choice of all food products should be in the hands of the consumer and that the government has no right to tell us what we can or cannot eat.

We want to patronize small farms and be able to buy products from the farm, specifically, raw milk, raw milk products, poultry, and meats.

We believe small farmers should be exempted from the laws restricting such sales and excused from the regulations established to protect the consumer from the contamination found in commercially productive dairies, slaughter houses and feedlots.
